Community Health Reports
OCHD’s community health improvement plan is a long-term, systematic effort to address public health problems in the community. The plan is based on the results of community health assessment activities and defines a vision for health in Oneida County.
OCHD’s annual reports provide accountability and transparency to the community. Reports focus on changes, accomplishments, and needs from the previous year and focus on plans for the future.
The strategic plan outlines the mission, vision, and core values of OCHD. It defines the purpose, direction, and guiding principles of the department, assuring a healthy community for all Oneida County residents.
